SHOULD YOU NOT ARRIVE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, OR CANCEL WITHIN THE 24-HOUR GRACE PERIOD PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A NO-SHOW  FEE, WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT COLLECTED. PLEASE NOTE YSP BY LIVIER SPA DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SERVICE DEPOSITS.

All payments made to YSP by Livier spa in connection with any product purchased or service, are non-refundable; and YSP by Livier spa does not offer, and is not required to provide, any refunds or credits for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your service appointment before the 24 hour period.

Once sold, gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers are transferable. To Transfer a gift voucher please give us a call to inform our staff. Unauthorized transfer of gift vouchers will not be accepted without prior notification.
